Reservations should be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Any adjustments should be advised to us at least 7 days before arrivals, to ensure efficient handling of all reservations, maximum details are required on dates/flights of arrival/departure, number, and names of passengers. Any reservation of hotel will be subject to the room availability at each hotel. Hotel booking regulation of each hotel will apply to each confirmed booking.

Normally, confirmation will be made by printed e-ticket /voucher or e-mail. Ticket issuance and finalizing hotel bookings- full payment is required before ticket issuance and finalization of Hotel bookings. Failure to settle full payment on the given option date may result in the cancellation of the booking unless valid and acceptable reasons are given. Or there is a prior credit arrangement with our company. Failure to comply with this reservation may result in the cancellation of all reservations

Deposit fee of 500php-1000ph is required upon making a reservation. It should be settled until the given option date by the agent. It is non-refundable. For free and easy packages. customized tour package or hotel only book and buy cases, Full Payment is required. BOOK AND BUY, means the traveler needs to guarantee the reservation first by paying partially or in full before traveler can get booking confirmation. Please take note that hotel room availability varies from time to time.

As a result, MIG Travel and Tours cannot guarantee booking confirmation even after payment has been made. However, MIGTMC will exert its best to find an alternative hotel that meets your requirement, subject to ADHOC (additional charges if any).

MIGTMC reserve the nights to change the itinerary due to any unexpected operational reason like acts of GOD, such as natural disaster, landslide, flood riots, traffic, hold-up of visits being closed. MIG TRAVEL AND TOURS acts only as an intermediary between clients and hotel, transport company, restaurant, tourist offices, and all other suppliers. Therefore, we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage during the course of service and clients are taking their own risks. Additional
expenses incurred delay, accidents, political action or unrest must be borne by clients themselves.

Instant messaging, phone calls and other form of electronic or paper communication will be primarily For customer service and may include special offers from time to time.

Scheduling of releasing of travel documents such as electronic ticket, hotel voucher, arrival instructions, travel insurance, visa (if applicable) etc. will be sent by the Travel Agent.

it is the clients responsibility to bring all travel documents and supporting documents required when traveling abroad. Any immigration denial is not a responsibility of MIG travel and tours.

Any cancellation made after guaranteed booking is subject to applicable charges.

If travelers have complaints about the trip, immediately inform the tour guide or tour coordinator at the time in order to rectify the matter. If, satisfaction is still not reached,
please write us within 3-5 days after the tour.

If traveler wishes to transfer the deposit fee to other tour package or transfer the deposit fee to another person, MIG Travel permit such amendments provided that ticket has not been issued yet.

If joining consolidated group tour, transfer of deposit to other tour package or tour destination should be done at least one month before departure date. If amendment is requested less than one month before departure, it is upon MIGTMC’s sole discretion whether to allow amendment or not. Such amendments are not allowed once the booking is already finalized.
